Where to begin?
Well, first of all, few things are as exciting to me as intelligent conversation. It's definitely an overlooked art. I also enjoy learning new things, particularly if these new things can lead to a good conversation. Perhaps not surprisingly then, education is important to me. Recently divorced, looking to start up and find the woman that can be loved and cared for 100%. A woman that enjoys lots of attention and company. I'm bilingual, Spanish and English, and this is a huge part of my life and my identity. I find that the experiences I've had learning this language have impacted every part of my life. I find myself being excessively nerdy and talking about my research interests more than the latest movie or whats playing on the radio - in fact, I haven't listened to the radio in probably 4 years, and most of the new music in my collection is in Spanish. I'm definitely a homebody, I find a game of dominos and a home cooked meal preferable to bar hopping and drinking.

I like quiet activities more than anything - I find myself lost in large groups. I tend to have a small circle of friends, and rarely enjoy social settings that put me into a large, impersonal group setting. (ie: going to the bar, random parties where i don't know most of the people, stuff like that). I thrive in one-on-one situations, and small groups of no more than 6.

I've lived here for almost three years now, and FINALLY have a social life. Now I just need the time to enjoy it.

I like TV on DVD because commercials are evil, and I hate cliffhangers that don't get resolved for months between seasons. I always seem to latch on to a TV show that is about to be canceled (ie: West Wing). I am a fun person that is willing to do anything at the drop of a hat. I like to stay home and cuddle on the couch while watching a movie.
